We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Team Lead to join our Brook Street team in Stanmore.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, driving growth and success in a fast-paced estate agency environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on customer service, team management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and grow the property register
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenues and market share
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage performance of employees through regular reviews and feedback sessions
- Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A competitive salary of approximately £58,000 per annum
