About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and grow the property register
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenues and market share
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage performance of employees through regular reviews and feedback sessions
Requirements
  • Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
