Job Title: Retail Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and ensuring the store operates within company parameters and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations.
  • Act as a role model for world-class customer service and drive financial performance with sales targets.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, set up store promotional plans, and ensure full compliance with health and safety.
  • Embark on a training programme that includes our "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
