Programming Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Programming Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning visits from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers to the Children's Country House throughout term-times.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and coordinate learning visits from schools, home education groups, and other learning providers to the Children's Country House throughout term-times.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging learning experiences for visitors, in line with the National Trust's programming strategies.
- Work closely with the Senior Programming and Participation Officer to ensure that all learning and programming activities are aligned with the National Trust's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to create a playful and immersive heritage day out for all ages.
- Ensure that all necessary administrative tasks are up-to-date and completed, enabling access needs are met, as well as compliance with health and safety.
- Champion best practice approaches to safeguarding in everything we do.
- Good communication skills, building relationships with a wide range of people.
- A team player, but also able to work independently.
- Adaptable and have a flexible approach.
- An understanding of the importance of great service.
- Keen to learn new things.
- Well-organized and able to manage time well.
