About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Substantial Group. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their value and benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
