Job RequirementsAs a Complex Care Assistant, you will need to possess:
- Relevant experience in complex care needs
- The ability to gain the trust of clients and their families
- Training in specific complex care needs and the chance to study for a relevant NVQ
You will work closely with our supportive team to provide all the necessary training and development to help you succeed in this role.
