About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Okehampton. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with disabilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.

You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the management team and other staff members to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each child.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, experience working with children and young people with disabilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
