Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our developments in Norfolk.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high profile within the development/office and ensure residents meet our requirements.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure building safety and security, maintain records according to internal procedures, and protect data at all times.
  • Manage contractors, monitor progress, and sign off completed works.
  • Foster links with residents' family members, local authorities, and partner companies.
  • In emergency situations, contact the appropriate response team or authorities.
  • Assist with sales, welcome new residents, and help them settle in.
  • Collaborate with local peer teams for advice and support and attend team meetings.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems.
