**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing and Residential Care Lead to join our dedicated team at HC-One. As a Nursing and Residential Care Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and be prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Care Assistants.

**Responsibilities:**

  • To lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and being a real influence on the team.
  • To assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication.
