We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our respiratory ward team as a Band 5 staff nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in caring for patients with respiratory conditions.

About the Role

As a Band 5 staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex respiratory needs. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Providing skilled care to patients, including tracheostomy and NIV therapy
