Salary: £33,400 - £42,622 per annum (dependent on experience),

Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious band 5 staff nurse to join our respiratory team as an A&E General Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering seamless care to patients requiring respiratory support.

Your responsibilities will include taking delegated responsibility in a given shift, leading care delivery, and collaborating with patients, families, and the inter-professional team to ensure optimal outcomes. You will also receive specific training to enhance your competencies and participate in mandatory training and in-house courses to stay updated on best practices.

Key qualifications include being a registered nurse with NMC registration, a degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, and a proven track record of working 'in charge' of a shift.
