Role Summary:
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Arrow Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering partner development and enhancing vendor solution focus within our team. This position requires a thorough evaluation of current and prospective clients, identifying product requirements, executing sales strategies, and concentrating on business planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships between Arrow's global services and potential clients.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth sectors, trends, and customer needs.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of sales growth strategies, driving results through demand identification and creation.
  • Plan and oversee new business initiatives to enhance market presence.
  • Conduct research on organizations and key stakeholders to uncover new opportunities.
  • Leverage Arrow's extensive portfolio of services to discover and develop new markets, enhancing sales performance.
  • Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand professional networks.
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Set and achieve goals for the development team and overall business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Ability to establish and cultivate strategic business relationships.
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of the value a distributor brings to the channel.
  • Familiarity with VMware emerging technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English is required.
