Job Title: Clinical Nursing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to fill a Clinical Nursing Manager position in our busy small animal first opinion practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position, providing maternity cover or return of the post holder. You will work closely with our Clinical Director, Practice Manager, and Regional Nursing Manager to provide strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the nursing team. Your role will involve combining clinical activity with administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
- Provide strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the nursing team, working closely with our Clinical Director, Practice Manager, and Regional Nursing Manager.
- Combine clinical activity with administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
