Job Summary:

CV Screen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 3rd line ICT support to our business, working to ITIL principles and collaborating with our IT Support Technicians to resolve user support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all issues encountered and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the IT Support Technicians to resolve user support requests and provide 3rd line support
  • Assist with the configuration, administration, and management of servers, operating systems, applications, networks, and telecommunications infrastructure
  • Attend educational programs, workshops, and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position providing 3rd line support
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server usage functions
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile device and application management
  • Hypervisor technologies, specifically VMware
  • Good understanding of networks and configurations
  • Experience with security management solutions, including endpoint protection
  • VoIP telephony systems
  • Full driving license and access to own transport

Location:
