ARC Recruitment is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our client, a provider of cutting-edge medical aesthetic skincare and wellness solutions.
Your Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth.
Leveraging your robust digital marketing expertise, you will:
- Formulate and implement a strategic digital marketing plan
- Oversee e-commerce platforms, including WooCommerce
- Manage social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Devise strategies and metrics to elevate brand recognition, boost engagement, and expand website traffic and social media following
- Handle paid advertising campaigns
- Execute the content marketing strategy through blogs, SEO, and email campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to evaluate progress and return on investment
- Provide mentorship, support, and supervision to a Social Media Assistant
- Stay abreast of digital and aesthetics industry trends to align with innovations and advancements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to bolster company objectives
Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this position, you should possess substantial experience in digital marketing, ideally within a relevant sector such as medical aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively are essential.
Excellent communication abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail are required. A degree in a relevant field and/or recognized marketing qualifications are also necessary.
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three days a week.
