Care and Accommodation Specialist

Town & Country Housing is seeking a skilled Residential Management Coordinator to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Extra Care Scheme, ensuring the provision of high-quality residential services to our tenants.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance of our Extra Care Scheme, including cleaning standards, repairs, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, staff, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- CIH qualification or equivalent experience in housing management.
- Working knowledge of housing benefit and other welfare benefits.
- Excellent understanding of the needs of older people living in supported housing environments.
