Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to facilitate customer requests
- Provide troubleshooting advice and arrange for spare parts to be delivered
- Log customer requests for on-site engineer visits
- Process customer returns and work closely with suppliers and shipping companies
- Liaise with engineers to schedule installations
- Generate reports for management
- Implement systems and procedures to improve customer service
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews
- Work on a ticketing system to manage customer inquiries
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service with a focus on detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle and resolve problems or experience with scheduling
- Technical skills would be an advantage
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers
- Good computer literacy
- Genuine career progression opportunities
- Based in Epsom
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
- On-site parking
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
