Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Senior Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases
- Administer Section 20 Notices and management accounts
- Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and contractors on a regular basis
- Arrange repairs, prepare budgets, and perform general office administration
- Attend AGMs and meet with customers to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Significant previous experience in block property management
- Administration of Section 20 Notices
- ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification preferable
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and considered under pressure
- Superb organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused with an ability to build relationships
- Willingness to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
- Full UK driving licence and car owner
- 5-day working week
