About the RoleThis position is a key part of the Repairs Team, providing an effective and efficient service to Futures Housing Group. As an Asset Compliance Specialist and Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking compliance checks and testing of FHG properties, reporting any non-compliance, and completing minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting regular compliance checks and testing of FHG properties to ensure they meet required standards;
- Reporting any non-compliance or issues found during checks to relevant authorities;
- Performing minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as required to maintain property standards;
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of service delivery;
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting on progress as needed.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
