Role Summary

Octane Recruitment seeks a highly skilled German speaking Maintenance Controller for our team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, fluency in German, and ability to work in a fast-paced customer environment.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Managing incoming calls, ensuring timely responses, and adhering to service centre terms of service.">
  • Selecting suitable suppliers for service and repairs, focusing on cost-effectiveness.">
  • Coordinating breakdown and call handling incidents, following customer SLAs and special procedures.">
  • Maintaining accurate incident records, updating R2C accordingly.">
  • Overseeing maintenance, breakdown, and accident incidents across various equipment contracts.">
  • Liaising with maintenance control manager, fleet engineers, contract managers, and customers on servicing and MOT requirements.">
  • Keeping maintenance records up-to-date through the supplier portal.">
  • Reporting non-compliance incidents and adhering to established procedures.">
  • Providing out-of-hours support for customer breakdowns, collaborating with suppliers.">
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.">

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the motor vehicle industry (training will be provided).">
  • Fluent German language skills.">
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced customer environments.">
  • Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and teamwork aptitude.">
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems is an advantage.">
