**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and service, which is at the heart of everything we do.
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you will travel across your region to oversee the delivery of our services and implement action plans to meet the needs of our residents. You will work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to develop and deliver strategies that will help achieve your goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
**Responsibilities:**
- To manage and develop teams in various care homes across your region.
- To ensure the delivery of high-quality care and service to our residents.
- To implement action plans to meet the needs of our residents.
- To work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to develop and deliver strategies.
**Requirements:**
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting.
- Evidence of continual professional development.
- A track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
