About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Jaguar Land Rover Technician to join our team at The AA. As a dedicated mechanic, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, working with some of the most advanced technology in the world.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive a best-in-class experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer expectations is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced technology
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure a best-in-class experience
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications
  • Full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
