We are currently looking for a professional, organised and customer focused Receptionists to join our front of house team at our Jaguar Land Rover team in Aberdeen. We have opportunities for people looking for full and part time hours and shifts across Monday to Sunday.

**What you will be doing**
- Meeting and welcoming guests into the showroom with a warm and professional manner
- Managing all dealership incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Support sales VIP events on site with hosting, organising catering, equipment etc
- Coordinate bookings and setting up meeting rooms.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- General administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Update and manage front of house calendar/diary
- Any other ad hoc dealership support and administration as an when required

**What you will need**
- Previous receptionist experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literate
- A positive and professional attitude/telephone manner
