About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This is a new role, created to drive sales growth and learn from the European Sales Manager.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for adopting a pro-active approach to customer appointments, building strong networks and great relationships. You will understand the business needs of each customer and make product recommendations that deliver sales growth.

You will achieve sales and profit targets that meet company and customer expectations, work with all internal departments to on-board new customers, and actively promote the brand at relevant trade shows and events.

Cavendish Maine is a leading branded European manufacturer with a strong reputation for product excellence, innovation, and customer service. We have a huge range of products and are a trusted supplier to distributors and end-users in manufacturing, agriculture, and construction.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a track record of field sales success in an industrial or engineering environment. You will have high attention to detail, strong, clear communication skills, robust negotiation and influencing skills, a talent for planning and organisation, and high energy and a natural people person.

What We Offer

We offer a negotiable basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000, a performance-based bonus, a hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, a pension plan, and healthcare options.
