Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our client's dynamic team at Lusona Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the building materials industry.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
  • Order Management: Efficiently input and manage customer orders.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the building materials industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
