About the Position
  • To assist in the development and implementation of mental health services, collaborating closely with local managers and professional colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • To contribute to management discussions, sharing expertise and knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive positive change.
  • To participate in annual job plan reviews with the Clinical Director, shaping the role to meet changing service configurations and delivery methods associated with modernisation.
