Job Title: Workday Financials Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Manager to join our team at KPMG UK. As a Workday Financials Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday Finance solutions for our clients, ensuring successful project delivery and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Finance features and functionality, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in implementing Workday Finance solutions, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Workday Finance features and functionality, with a strong understanding of the solution's capabilities and limitations.
