Catering Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of lunch and snacks according to established menus and recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front of house and kitchen areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

  • Ideal experience working within education catering.
