Fleet and Asset Coordinator Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Fleet and Asset Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet and Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the company's fleet of vehicles and assets, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Coordinate the procurement and disposal of company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet and asset management.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet and asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure seamless fleet and asset management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fleet and asset management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
