Project Administrator Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our projects team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new client and supplier onboarding processes
  • Compile, print, and distribute operation and maintenance manuals
  • Print and distribute construction phase plans and other relevant documentation
  • Provide day-to-day office administration support
  • Schedule engineers' weekly work plans
  • Hire and off-hire equipment for project sites
  • Answer telephone calls from clients, suppliers, and the projects team
  • Book hotels and transportation as needed
  • Support project managers and engineers with their requests

Requirements:

  • Live within a commutable distance of our office
  • Previous project administration experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft packages
