Location: Henry Hinde Primary School, Rugby, Warwickshire

Job Type: Full-time, Term Time Only Contract or Permanent Contract Available

Hours: 22.5 hours per week during term time & up to 40 hours work available during holiday clubs if desired

Pay: up to £13.00 per hour (plus holiday pay)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast and After School Club Director to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing staff in the delivery of a safe and effective program for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, direct, and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective program for children
  • Ensure team members are motivated and happy
  • Communicate and engage with parents, the school, and Central Operations
  • Plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm
  • Implement protocols and policies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Management and team leading experience
  • A real passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check
