Hours: 22.5 hours per week during term time & up to 40 hours work available during holiday clubs if desired

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast and After School Club Director to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing staff in the delivery of a safe and effective program for children.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, direct, and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective program for children
- Ensure team members are motivated and happy
- Communicate and engage with parents, the school, and Central Operations
- Plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm
- Implement protocols and policies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Management and team leading experience
- A real passion for working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check
