Netball Coaching Role at Rugby School

Rugby School is seeking a qualified Netball coach to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will work with all age groups to ensure participation rates are maintained and our A teams are supported in county and regional competitions.

We pride ourselves on offering a supportive department with regular training in sports coaching, match analysis, research, and guiding aspiring athletes into professional sports. The hours can be flexible, with mainly after-school sessions from October to December and April to June, alongside daytime hours available from January to March.

The salary is based on qualification and experience, with a minimum Level 2 qualification in sports coaching required. The successful candidate will have experience working with young athletes in a Netball coaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with all age groups to maintain participation rates and support A teams in county and regional competitions
  • Collaborate with experienced coaches to work with pathway players on individual programs
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance coaching skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in sports coaching
  • Experience working with young athletes in a Netball coaching environment
  • Ability to work flexibly, including after-school sessions and daytime hours
