Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategic consulting engagements with utility clients, focusing on primary business processes, market trends, meter data management, and grid management strategies.
  2. Develop and implement business strategies that leverage distributed intelligence, distributed grid management, and distributed energy management to enhance grid performance and operational efficiency.
  3. Provide expert advice on industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and technological advancements.
  4. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the utility sector.
  5. Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on market data, regulatory changes, and technological developments.
  6. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to engage clients and enhance their understanding of grid management and distributed energy management.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and IT, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  8. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and support clients in achieving compliance.

Required Profile:

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in the utility sector, with a focus on business consulting, grid management, distributed grid management, and distributed energy management.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
  4. In-depth knowledge of utility market dynamics, regulatory environment, and industry best practices.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  6. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
