About the Role

As a Nighttime Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide vital assistance and reassurance to retired homeowners living in independent retirement apartments across the UK. You'll be part of a dedicated team, offering telephone-based support that includes:

  • Responding to a range of situations, from medical emergencies and fire alarms to security requests and simply providing a friendly voice.
  • Accurately logging each call in our system, ensuring all information is recorded with precision.
  • Delivering a consistently friendly, responsive, and attentive approach to every interaction.

About You

To excel as a Nighttime Customer Support Specialist, you'll possess:

  • A warm and approachable telephone manner.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.
  • A willingness to learn new IT systems and technical knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a 'customer first' mindset.
  • Prior experience in telephone-based or fast-paced customer service environments is highly desirable.
