Role Overview

The Role
This unique position involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the sales plan and achieve budgetary targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in an agricultural D2F sales role, be a good negotiator, and maintain a progressive network with industry influencers. An annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 and benefits package will be offered, including family, financial, and wellbeing benefits.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a 3-year growth plan for the sales region in partnership with key stakeholders.
* Ensure the delivery of the sales plan and achieve budgetary targets.
* Work closely with the KW Retail team to identify leads and prospects within the dairy division.

Requirements
* Commercial feed sales experience in the dairy industry.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to maintain a progressive network with industry influencers.
