About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our growing Finance team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting support to senior management.

About the Team:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure month-end reporting is completed as per the published timetable and all submissions are achieved in a timely manner and appropriately supported.
  • Analysing the final month-end numbers (SAP v Qlik Sense).
  • SAP cost centre management of actuals and forecasting.
  • Preparing and posting journals.
  • Assist with the annual budget process.
  • Manage cost centre budgets with managers across the business.
  • Fulfil ESG reporting obligations.
  • Customs compliance and reporting.
  • Liaison with the Commercial Finance team on reporting of individual cost centres, teams, or month-end brands.
  • Ensuring the day-to-day and long-term compliance of financial procedures.

Requirements:

  • Finalist or qualified CIMA/ACCA.
  • Experience working within a similar role within a Finance team, either from industry or an Accountancy Practice background.
  • Strong numerical ability.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable with dealing with different levels of management and stakeholders across the business.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a methodical, detailed, and organised manner.
  • Able to work well within a team environment but also with limited supervision.
  • Proactive and confident to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible and willing attitude.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
