Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Group Key Account Manager to lead our sales team in promoting fire detection and security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams and key accounts, with a deep understanding of the fire and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and strategic direction
- Interact with key customers, including end-users and facilities management companies
- Work on projects such as schools, restaurants, clubs, business parks, and theatres
- Project order values can vary from £5k – £200k
- Must have experience managing a sales team
- Must have key accounts experience
- Must be from the fire or security industry ideally both
- Sound knowledge of various communication systems such as fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and door access
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Stable career background
- Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
