Fire Detection and Security Systems Account Manager

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Group Key Account Manager to lead our Fire Detection and Security Systems team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our design, supply, and installation services to key customers in the fire and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and strategic direction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including end-users and facilities management companies
- Work on projects such as schools, restaurants, clubs, business parks, and theatres, with project order values ranging from £5k to £200k
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and key accounts
- Strong knowledge of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and door access
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
