About the Role

As Lead Attendance Improvement Specialist, you will play a key part in shaping the direction of our attendance improvement strategy. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that drive up attendance and reduce persistent absence.

Your experience in leading attendance improvement projects will be instrumental in informing our approach and ensuring that we achieve our goals. You will also be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to academy staff to support their attendance-related activities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can bring new ideas and perspectives to our team. A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on your background and qualifications.
