Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coching the performance of multiple teams in the region to achieve excellent fundraising results and compliance standards.
  • Identifying training requirements and delivering on-field training and coaching to support income growth.
  • Meeting a personal fundraising target and contributing to the overall success of the program.
  • Working closely with the Regional F2F Fundraising Manager and other stakeholders to drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Acting as a hands-on fundraiser, leading by example, and demonstrating the Canal & River Trust's values and behaviours.

The salary for this position is £32,000 per annum, plus a competitive contributory pension scheme arrangement, great holiday entitlement, and numerous other employee benefits.

In addition to your salary, you will benefit from:
