Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our efforts in promoting the wellbeing and welfare of our students. As the Head of Pupil Welfare, you will provide strategic leadership and management to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote student wellbeing and welfare.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality support services to students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to student wellbeing and welfare.
  • Evaluate and present attendance data to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience of management/leadership role in an education setting.
  • QTS qualification.
  • Ability to evaluate and present attendance data.
