We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer Assistant to join our team at Future Build Recruitment. As a Bid Writer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Manager in drafting, editing, and proofreading bid documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of bid documents, including researching and gathering information.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to compile and format bid documents in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all bid documents and submit them within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in writing, research, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the bid and proposal process is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
