Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer Assistant to join our team at Future Build Recruitment. As a Bid Writer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Manager in drafting, editing, and proofreading bid documents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all bid materials are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of bid documents, including tender submissions and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to compile and format information in line with client requirements.
  • Review and edit bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ensure that all bid materials are submitted within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in writing, research, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of the bid and proposal process is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
