About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Writer to join our scientific team at Albion Rye Associates. As a Principal Medical Writer, you will play a key role in the development and leadership of our team, working on a variety of therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver High-Quality Content: You will be responsible for creating innovative and clinically relevant communications that improve patient outcomes.
- Lead Scientific Strategy and Medical Writing Content: You will oversee the development of scientific strategy and medical writing content across key accounts, ensuring that all budgets and timelines are met.
- Assist the Wider Team: You will assist the wider team with projects as and when required, providing support and guidance where needed.
- Play an Active Part in Pitch Development and New Business Initiatives: You will contribute to the development of new business initiatives and play an active part in pitch development.
- Discover New Ways to Grow the Business: You will identify opportunities to grow the business and develop new revenue streams.
- Line Management and Mentoring: You will play an active role in line management, mentoring, and guiding junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- Medical Writing Experience: You will have solid medical writing experience, gained within an agency.
- Client Relationships: You will be confident and comfortable developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work is created to the highest standards.
- Line Management Skills: Line management skills would be desirable.
- Life Science Degree: You will have a life science degree.
