About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care to our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students to access a broad curriculum through individual programs
- Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and planning
- Mentor and coach new teaching assistants
- Line manage a small group of teaching assistants
- Present student progress to stakeholders
