FPR Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Assembly Process Specialist to join our team.

Salary: This is a highly competitive role with a salary of £65,000 per annum, plus 5 weeks holiday and a pension up to 11%.

Job Overview: In this role, you will gain fantastic experience as the company designs its own products, machines the components, assembles and tests them. You will be involved in determining methods, tooling, and processes, compiling routings and BOMs (Bill of Materials), and even gaining exposure to 3D design software to understand firsthand how they design and manufacture their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine methods, tooling, and processes for product manufacturing
  2. Compile routings and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  3. Gain exposure to 3D design software to understand product design and manufacturing

Requirements: For this role, you will need a great understanding of manufacturing processes, strong quality ethic and attention to detail when reporting and writing technical documentation, and ideally an understanding of manufacturing engineering concerning assembly operations.
