Credit Control Specialist

A Credit Control Specialist is required to join our team at Austin Fraser, a specialist service business based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt recovery, resolving credit control queries, and escalating problematic accounts to the Senior Credit Controller.
With a strong focus on customer relationships, this role involves communicating with customers via telephone and email to collect mixed value aged and current debt in a timely manner.
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, and persistent individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising of proforma invoices, invoices, and credit notes;
- Collecting mixed value aged and current debt by telephone and email;
- Resolving all associated credit control queries;
- Escalating problematic accounts to the Senior Credit Controller;
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Self-motivated, confident, and persistent;
