Senior Accounts Receivable Position

CMA Recruitment Group is proud to be working exclusively with a specialist service business based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Professional to join our friendly and established team.

Job Description:
  1. This role involves raising proforma invoices, invoices, and credit notes in a timely manner;
  2. You will collect mixed value aged and current debt by telephone and email;
  3. Resolving associated credit control queries and escalating problematic accounts to the Senior Credit Controller is a critical responsibility;
  4. Managing the customer 'on hold' process for overdue or customers exceeding their credit limit, including communication to the relevant department, is an important duty.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. An excellent time manager with the ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines;
  2. A self-motivated, confident, and persistent individual will excel in this role.
