Support Worker Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Fife. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our customers by providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
You will also assist customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Additionally, you will promote independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. You should be creative and flexible in your approach to working with customers and their families.
A personal care experience is a plus, but not essential. What truly matters is your compassion and dedication.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
