Female Support Worker Specialist

About the Job:
As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support and care to individuals in our East Fife services. This role requires a strong emphasis on building relationships, promoting independence, and empowering service users to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- To develop and implement person-centred support plans that reflect the needs and preferences of each service user.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of support and care.
- A valid full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- No prior experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
