Job Description:
In this role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes and communities, helping them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
You will work closely with other professionals to ensure holistic support and promote the well-being of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks.
- Encouraging and enabling individuals to engage in activities they enjoy.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic support.
Requirements:
- A full clean UK driving licence is required.
- No previous experience in care is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
